YSL rouge volupte in FORBIDDEN BURGUNDY12

This is my first YSL lipstick and even though its this intense colour I am not afraid to use it since its sooo creamy and moisturising. It is indeed a deep magenta that is matte. I don't know about the matte like quality because its really glossy...bonus! It was around £21, pricey I know but seriously its like a stick of magenta butter lol

Revlon lipgloss in SHINE CITY

I bought this gloss from a revlon outlet shop. It looks pink but honestly all I get is shine as the name suggests. The sparkles are so fine that they almost look like twinkles over any lipstick! Non sticky and a great top coat to most lipsticks.

Natural Collection nail polish in LUNAR HAZE

Yet another great nail polish! This is gorgeous iridescent lilac shade. Perfect for a no fuss look. Glaze over a matte violet to jazz it up or wear on its own for subtle shine. Quality is nice and for less than £2 well worth it!

Yankee candle in ISLAND GUAVA

Yes I know this is a beauty blog but sometimes I like to throw in a random thing to review, and lately my newest obsession thanks to my mum are candles....she lurves candles! So I decided to get one and see what the hype was about. Ok so I haven't lit it yet but its a tropical fruity smell with a hint of floral and coconut tones according to my nose lol I think this is one of their new scents because I have never seen it before. It reminds me of my holiday in Hawaii and in general of guavas which are one of my fave fruits having grown up in malaysia.

Bath & Body works fragrance mists

So yet again these were from my Las Vegas haul this summer and I have tried all of them out a couple of times. I have orange sapphire, sea island cotton and of course I had to get moonlight path. If you all don't already know moonlight path is my favourite scent by Bath & body works, I think I must own all of their products in this scent lol. These mists were on a deal...3 for $10 I think. So my mum grabbed some for me!! Usually they are priced at $5 each. You get 88ml which is a handy size for your purse or even for your day to day wear. After watching pinkie charm's video on youtube reviewing orange sapphire I thought wow this is going to be extremely orangey, but really for me it is not at all. I mean it is most definitely orange but a more floral type of orange scent which is rare I have to say. Sea island cotton is similar to clean cotton scent by Yankee candle if you know about that one, or the best I can say is that it smells like fresh laundry! Beautiful! Moonlight path is a lavender type scent but reminds me of an ocean like smell too. I can't tell you exactly but check out their website for ingredients. I think if you live in the UK as I do you will find it difficult to be able to find these mists but again as always try amazon or ebay and if not Boots natural collection also do many different mists like these in lovely smells. I think I had tried the french vanilla and absolutely loved it!

Fragrance: Viva la juicy by Juicy Couture 50ml

Finally I got this perfume for my birthday a few weeks ago!! My mom surprised me with it and I was so so happy because I had been wanting this since it came out. She knows me too well hehe! Anyhow the bottle is super cute with that huge satin bow and gold detailed charms. Ok so I am not that great at describing scents and here is where I wish there was a scratch and smell option for you guys. So here is my attempt at it....its a sweet scent almost sugary but in a formal and subtle way if that makes sense. Hmm its not fruity or floral. The best advice I can give to you is to go to the stores and test it out yourself, but if you like Victoria's secret fragrances than you will probably like this perfume just because it reminds me of them.

Natural Collection lipstick in BERRY SORBET

If you didn't already know Natural collection is a cosmetic brand sold only in Boots UK stores, but on various sites online...try ebay or amazon if you do not have access to this brand. On with the review...this is my first lipstick from this brand and to be honest I was a bit unsure of the quality considering how inexpensive these were. I think £1.79! The shade I have is a goldish red, nice and wearable. The lipsticks are pretty moisturising but don't last that long. If you are wanting to try out some shades before buying one similar from a higher end brand these are your go to lippys :)

Bourjois shimmering shine liquid eyeshadow in BEIGE

This product is very pigmented as you can see in the above photo, but once applied it is very difficult to blend. I wanted to use it as an eyeshadow base but if you blend it out it becomes blotchy, not good. It is also quite a wet product so you have to wait for it to dry. The only way I would consider using this product is as an eyeliner with an angled brush. I would not recommend this item if you want a liquid eyeshadow.

Jose Eber hair curling irons

I bought these curlers from amazon after I had seen them in action in debenhams. These are the only curling irons I own so I can't really compare it with anything else. The reason is that these curl my hair just how I want them. I think it is a 19mm or 25mm barrel, I do not have the box anymore but that is about the size it looks like. There is no clip so its just a free barrel for wrapping your hair around. There is only one heat setting so there is just one on/off switch. It gets very very hot! Which is why I am guessing the curl holds so well. Also this means your hair has to be rolled on for literally 5 seconds and its super curled! The barrel is made of tourmaline/ceramic so hair glides on and off with no kink lines like the ones the clipped curlers give. I can get very tight curls to looser ones really easily too! It has a swivel cord so you don't get tangled and kevlar gloves which are heat resistant are provided so you don't burn your hands. When I bought it it was really expensive but I guess I paid for the quality, £80 but now it has become cheaper to around £40 depending also on the barrel size etc.

Physicians Formula healthy wear collection

So from the healthy wear line I have the foundation, bronzer and tinted moisturiser. The foundation is in translucent medium, bronzer in light and tinted moisturiser in fair to light. Firstly I have to say I was surprised to see that this kit was the right colour match for me, I had ordered it from ebay and this was the last kit available so I thought I would give it a try. Perfect! The foundation can give upto medium coverage but I just use it sheerly. Both the bronzer and foundation are pressed and are smooth in consistency. None of that chalk like texture that some drug store products tend to be. By the way whenever I refer to drug store products I am talking about shops like Boots, super drug uk or any other pharmacy type shop that stocks lower end brands. Now the main thing about this range is that it says it has SPF 50 in all of them! And more importantly it protects from UVA and UVB rays. It is recommended by the skin cancer foundation and is also free of many things such as fragrances and parabens. I think this is the main reason why I haven't yet broken out from these products. The foundation gives a matte finish and for a more dewy glow I use the tinted moisturiser. It also claims to have restorative properties....hmmm not sure what that means haha! The bronzer is a little to light for me so I dust it over the foundation to warm it up. The tinted moisturiser is not heavy but sets fast. Try using a flat topped brush to buff it onto skin! This range is great for sunny places or even if you want a healthy foundation option, bearing in mind it does not really provide a full coverage.
