I recently read on a blog that after cleaning your airbrush many people also would like to sanitize it, especially if you have been using the airbrush for cosmetic purposes. So you will still have to use whatever airbrush cleaning solution you use initially to get the make up out of the airbrush and then you can sanitize with the contact lens solution. This is basically to get rid of any excess product, dirt or bacteria etc. Hygiene for the next use is essential. I thought this was a pretty cool idea and a cheaper alternative too! I bought the AMO lens plus ocupure contact lens solution from my local pharmacy for £3.22, so look out for it or even a supermarket might sell it.
