REVIEW: Goody styling and lifting comb kit
In the past I have used a wide tooth comb to brush my hair after its towel dry, however if you notice most hair stylists use fine combs! I read about this and found out that it gives added definition, especially to curly hair (perfect!). Hence I got this kit of combs. I have to say I love the 2 large ones because they detangle gently and give me that shine and definition. I am not to keen on the smallest one simply because my hair is quite thick. As advertised they are also good for styling hair. I would definitely recommend this purchase as the kit is cheap and cheerful :)
JULY FAVOURITES 2012
Here are my top 5 picks for the month of july!
Lush jungle conditioner bar - A gentle conditioner that leaves no residue and has a perfect fresh/exotic scent. I've had this for quite a while now and its still going strong.
Solait Kabuki brush - This is by far the most fluffy kabuki brush I have come across, great for a dusting of finishing powder. Inexpensive too!!
Parissa azulene oil - I use this as a post waxing oil and it really soothes down the redness and moisturises, without leaving any residue.
Avon cherry blossom daily hair refresher - Smells fresh and is a great product for styling second day hair. It is almost like a fragrance mist for your hair.
Rimmel shade adjusting blush in medium - My current favourite blush, a warm berry tone with a highlighting segment. Summer cheeks at best!

Bodyshop Buriti baby towel!
Hello!
Recently I have been enjoying going to the bodyshop as they have revamped their stores and partially their image. They have come out with quite a few goodies that are new! Having said that this towel is part of an older range of their products called 'Buriti Baby'. Now don't laugh but it is a line aimed for toddlers ;p however I have found they are gentle and perfect for baby soft skin. I bought this towel after reading a book about curly hair care, mentioning that it is better to use a microfibre towel for drying hair since its far more gentle. What I really love is that it has a microfibre side but also a normal cotton side. You get the best of both worlds! Also has the cutest bird embroidery on one edge <3

Review: L'Occitaine Almond shower oil
So far this is my favourite L'occitaine find! It is a cleansing shower oil and leaves the softest post shower skin ever. I found it to be great after using a body scrub as it replenishes the exfoliated skin fantastically. I didn't like the scent too much in store but after using it I realised the smell blossoms after it comes in contact with water! Its a luxurious shower treat and I definitely recommend this to everyone :)

New Health Supplement Regime
Recently I started taking some other supplements alongside my vitamin C tabs, they are not medically related and I wanted to try them out to see if they helped my body in general. So I had a mini Iherb.com and Holland & Barrett trip...
Vitamin C chewy tablets
Sea kelp tablets
Natures plus papaya enzyme chewables

May - June 2012 Favourites
Hey guys seems like its been a while since I have uploaded a favourites post...but here it is in its full summer glory!! I have been loving these products in the build up to my favourite season...
Design Line Olive oil leave in conditioner - Smells clean and fresh, works well for when I want to leave my hair curly. The best part about it is its texture...smooth, creamy yet almost like a serum cream!
Clinique Chubby stick in Pudgy Peony - This product is as cute as its name, a lovely raspberry shade with a moisturising formula. Lovely even to put on without using a mirror.
Lush skin drink facial moisturiser - Fabulous for dry flaky skin! I especially enjoy it as a night cream, however definitely not for those of you who have oily skin types as it is a heavy duty moisturiser.
Lanes Health tea tree and witch hazel cream - MY FAVOURITE acne product up to date, it stings but clears up the redness by the time I wake up in the morning! LOVE IT.
ELF blushed and bronzing powder duo - lovely soft blush of a coral shade and perfectly blendable bronzer, a great kit for everyday and on the go application. Nice packaging too :)

HAUL: Bath time and hand care
This was a small yet useful haul! I spent the day with a lovely friend of mine and also got some great stuff.
My new found love for lounging around in comfy bathrobes - sorted by this Yves Delorme (Paris) bath robe. Thought it was a spa appropriate colour, a lovely pastel/mint green with large pockets to warm up with. The best thing is the material, a towel fabric which is great for drying off in after relaxing showers.
Herbacin Wuta Kamille + Glycerine hand cream - I bought this for my hand bag since especially in the colder months I tend to get dry bits between my fingers and my hands in general. Its a lovely thick moussey texture that soaks in fast and it has a gently almost baby like smell :)

Bronnley Lime and Bergamot conditioning hand cream - It had an interesting serum like texture with a scent that I just loved instantly. Sort of like a zesty woody smell. It mentions that it is a hand cream but I have used it on my body so far and enjoyed it just as much.
