This is yet another fab nutritious additive to any homemade smoothies/juices. Goldenberry also known as physalis fruit is a great source of vitamin A, this juice perfectly captures the flavours of this luscious fruit if you have ever tried it fresh. I came across this a few days ago at Holland & Barrett and since trying it in store I was sold ;) It is pricey so I would recommend either a pure drink once a month or you can stretch the effects by adding a dash to any homemade smoothies. In addition this Terrafertil brand is great as it is gluten and dairy free (suitable for vegans too!). I hope you guys give this a try!!

Make juicing a little more exciting!
For all you juicing enthusiasts, lets face it sometimes it can get a little mundane. Do some reading around juicing and you will find plenty of tips and tricks on how to make it fun again! My favourite ideas start off from books and Dr.Jensen's Juicing therapy certainly did the trick. I enjoy this book and hope to get more from the series. Next try adding healthy and natural things to your juices for added flavour, I enjoy The groovy food agave nectar or a shot of Beet its beetroot juice. This adds tarte/sweet edge to raw juice!!

Current beauty favourites...
Bumble & Bumble prep - Essentially a style prepping spray or for you curly girlies a tousling beach wave mist. I didn't quite enjoy the scent of this at first (kind of zingy like toothpaste) but it grew on me on those mornings where it felt fresh and revitalising in my hair. Worth the splurge!
Eco brush - Lovely, simple wooden hair brush with wooden spikes too...does the job for my tangles.
M&S mango moisturising lip balm - This is a nice alternative to vaseline and smells delicious, stains a little peachy so not the best under lipsticks. Additionally a nice hefty tub worth carrying around.
Burts bees tinted lip balm in pink blossom - This is by far the best lip product I have tried all winter, all thanks to a special special girl (Shirley) who got it for me! Its the best mix of a lip salve and a lip tint/stain, perfectly neutral and basically genius.
Benefit cha cha tint - As usual benefit never fails to make nice things, cha cha tint is a fluorescent peachy lip and cheek tint. Perfect for that youthful glow and dewyness.
L'occitaine peony lip and cheek tinted water - I've had this for so long and have repurchased twice because it feels amazing on...smooth, light and looks good with almost all makeup looks. It adds a feminine touch on your cheeks especially and smells like freshly cut roses do! Fab!
Boots extracts coconut body lotion - The least greasy feeling coconut lotion I have tried, quick application and smells gently of coconut.
A tad too late for the ombre trend ?!
Hey everyone ! Its been a while but here it is...ombre me...thanks to the lovely people at AVEDA! I also purchased a suitable toning conditioner by Aveda which I shall be hauling and reviewing soon. Look out for that and have an awesome day xxx

Review: Ponds eye contour cream
I am not generally one who is interested in eye creams but something about the cute little packaging made me want to try it out. My mom always said that my grandma used ponds and her skin was always gorgeous so I decided to give it a try. It comes in an adorable little pot and the smell is a clean gentle scent which is nice for around the eyes. I loved the consistency, rich but almost serum like. It was fab for my dry skin! I can wear it under make up too which is an additional bonus. A little goes a long way so its good value for money, I can't remember exactly but around £5. So if you are looking for a moisturising eye cream that can soothe this is a lovely one, would recommend it!
Review: Ojon Rare blend oil
Recently I purchased a set of ojon products from a CCO store. It was a great deal and so I felt I needed to give ojon a try ;) I had heard a ton of people raving about ojon for the longest while and I guess curiosity took over! So this is the ojon rare blend oil - Total hair therapy, first of all it comes in a funky 3 layers (I suppose since the oils have different densities) which looks rather fancy and if you shake it you get a mix of the 3 layers. As for the packaging, it looks fab however I found that since it did not have a pump it got kind of messy and was generally inconvenient. I really enjoyed the exotic citrusy scent but again I was not convinced with the texture of the oil especially for my curly hair type. It felt almost as if it never got absorbed and just sat on my hair. It was also thicker than the normal serums I use, hence it sort of has a tendency to leave hair greasy feeling :( The way I liked using this product was by using it as a deep treatment hair mask, quite nice warmed up too. I just applied it to my tips, where I have quite dry hair. This worked quite well. Overall I would say I would not repurchase this oil but if you have straighter thicker hair it might work better. For those of you who are looking for a hot oil treatment, there are nicer products out there in my opinion!
